Dhwani Panchal began her journey at Always True Financial as an Assistant to Anilkumar Lakhiya and has since advanced into the role of Unlicensed Mortgage Underwriter. She brings a strong combination of international banking expertise and Canadian mortgage industry experience to the team. With over six years of banking experience in India across three leading financial institutions, along with hands-on experience in the Canadian mortgage sector, Dhwani offers clients and lending partners a well-rounded understanding of financial services, underwriting support, and client care.
Dhwani holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering and an MBA in Finance, complemented by Canadian certifications in Business Analysis and Supply Chain Management. Her diverse educational and professional background allows her to approach every mortgage file with analytical precision, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.

Snehal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, India, is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and has completed a Postgraduate qualification in Business Law from the National Law School of India University.
Prior to joining Always True Financial, Snehal served as an Assistant Vice-President at HDFC Bank Limited, India. With more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, she brings extensive expertise in banking, compliance, client service, and financial operations to the team.
